Wine tourism and templars in Barberà de la Conca

In this small village we find the first cooperative cellar in Catalunya. Later between the years 1920 and 1921 the architect Cèsar Martinell built the modernista cellar that we will visit and where we will enjoy a wine tasting.

We will also visit the Comanda Castle, documented sincethe 11th century. The Castle of Barberà belonged to the Templars and since the 14th century to the Order of the Hospital of Saint John. We will know about its fascinating history and architecture.
